For instance, from the centre of Buchanan, it is only a 5-minute drive to the Trans-Canada Highway. Despite the car-friendliness of this area, it is unfortunately not very transit accessible. Bus stops are few and far between and service is somewhat infrequent. However, the bus stops that are available in the area are close to homes. Those who prefer to walk to meet their daily needs will find doing so a challenge. This is because Buchanan is not very pedestrian-friendly, and getting around on foot is often difficult.
One of the perks of living in Buchanan real estate is the fact that residents have access to several great services and amenities. Parents will love living in Buchanan because their children will have access to an elementary school, middle school, and high school all within walking distance of their home.
